For a noob setup, that isnt half bad. (usualy you'll get characters your age running a mish-mosh of different sized blasters and railguns mixed, and having both shield boosters and armor repairer's for just incaase lol)
You seem to have the right Idea for a setup, and in all honesty there is not much more that you can do with the Corm. You will have a much easier time in a Cruiser.
First, work on your Shield/Capacitor/Gun/Fitting skills. Try and get T2 guns, and T2 shield mods if you can afford it. Obviously, Fitting skills such as Enginering, Electronics, Weapon Upgrades, etc, will help you out with getting everything to fit on the ship. Get those to lvl 4/5 ASAP. Cap skills will just give you more capacitor and a faster recharge rate. Its good to have, and both the fitting skills and Cap skills will help you out in any ship that you will ever fly.
The only recomendations I can make for your setup would e to drop the Afterburner for a mission specific* shield hardener, and upgrade your guns to 150's for longer range, so you wont need to go chasing after your targets.
* Different factions deal different types of Damage, and if you know who you are going up against (it usualy says in the mission breifing) you can harden specificaly for that damage type. Most have a primary and secondary type of damage. Usualy the factions primary damage type is about 75%+ of their damage output. -Guristas and Caldari deal primarily Kinetic and secondary Thermal damage -Serpentis and Gallente deal Primarily Thermal and secondary Kinetic damage -Sansha and Amarr deal Primarily EM and secondary Thermal. -Minmatar, Mercenaries, and Drones do a bit of everything, but tend to have a good amount of Explosive damage. -If you are not sure who youre up against, or what to harden, Just toss on an Invuln field.
These are the basics for mission and ratting (hunting NPC pirates in Belts). I havent done either in a while, but it should still be the same.
As for PvP, I assume you will want to get into a Flycatcher Interdictor? Start training Missile skills (Standard missiles or rockets can work on the flycatcher, although it tends to favor the standards)
Any other questions? ------------------------------------------------------------------
